At G.K.P., we aim to create everyday essentials that are practical, uplifting, and kind to the planet.

Beyond kitchen essentials, our collection includes signature eco-friendly aprons made in California, along with biodegradable, certified home-compostable trash bags and pet waste bags—thoughtfully designed to look good, feel good, and do good.

Our flagship aprons, handcrafted by skilled artisans in California, have become a beloved staple—from home cooks to Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do—including our commitment to animals. We donate 1% of proceeds to ocean cleanup efforts and animal shelters—because small, thoughtful choices can help elevate your routines and the planet.

G.K.P. is a woman-owned company. Founder and Head Designer Kazuyo Takeda, born in Japan, previously worked as a designer for women’s clothing brands in New York, Milan, and Tokyo. With an academic background in science, she approaches design with both creativity and thoughtful precision.
